5.0 out of 5 stars solid, works as expected - want additional HDMI or DP, or allow other USBC to also do video outReviewed on September 12, 2022
Got on sale for $45 - solid, works as expected - just wish they had this one with an added HDMI or display port, OR allow the other USBC to also transmit video out - dont get rid of the ports, just want an extra or improve the capability of the non-primary USBC to do video out.. 4k30 or 4k60 would be great. Do this and it'd be perfect for every device combination people could want for laptop, phone, and gaming device charging. Having video out would allow people to do extra monitors or dock a steam deck or nintendo switch with only needing one extra cable or adapter not a whole other dongle

Who really wants top pay for yet another charger. Most of the time I need two chargers now, one for my phone and one for my tablet and possibly a second tablet. This charger does it. It looks good, feels good in your hand and works. All my Anker products perform and are high quality. When a 9 port USB hub had one port fail they replaced it after more than a year. That was well above my expectation. When I need something related to this product I look for this brand first.

This little thing is awesome! I use it to charge my MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, and my charging station for my iPhone, Apple Watch, and Air Pods Peo (yes I am a Mac enthusiast). I noticed that when I unplug something or plug one of them into it, it will stop charging for 1 or 2 seconds. That’s because it is adjusting its power distribution to make sure everything is safely charged. No more giant power brick for my MacBook and iPad. 1 small power brick charging literally 5 things at once safely without overheating or overcharging.

I use this on my nightstand to charge my phone and whatever other device needs charged. I've plugged an iPhone XR, Galaxy S20 Ultra, and an Xbox One/Series controller at the same time - super fast charging and extremely reliable. The fact that the prongs fold into the body of this is great for sticking in my electronics bag when I travel. Highly recommend!

I have a Anker 65W single slot chargerand got tired of only being able to charge one device at a time. So I was looking for a new 65W charger with multiple USB-C slots. I have had good experience with Anker and found their 65W 3-slot adapter with 2 USB-C slots and a standard USB slot. It works well but I don’t think as well as my Anker single slot adapter. I have tested charging two laptops at the same time and it definitely is slower. It is a long adapter that is front heavy and tends to fall away from the wall. So much so that I considered taping it to socket.

The Steam Deck's charging cord is a little short and permanently attached to the charger. I bought this and a 10 foot USB-C cord to make it a little more convenient to play it while plugged in. It's perfect for thisv use. It keeps the Deck at 100% during use and only gets slightly warm. It also fits nicely with the cord into the little storage cubby. The plug folds up firmly into the body of the charger and I have had no problem with it falling out of the outlet like another reviewer reported. As a bonus, it also fast charges my Chromebook. Overall, this is a solidly and well-built charger that I can happily recommend.

EDIT: I just decided to return this… I just tried plugging it into an airport outlet, immediately fell out. Unless I’m willing to bend the Anker plug pieces, it will sag and not keep a consistent connection. Best use would be for someone who travels but only goes to hotels (doesn’t fly a lot), or for a bedside nightstand or home office. But as a travel charger that you can depend on wherever you go… NOPE. I’m still in-decided on keeping this… The Anker charger works well, a great solution if you need to get more space in your travel bag, and you want one product that can handle all your power needs. WHAT I LIKE: * Size - not much larger than an old Apple USB charger block. * Handles it all - charges up my USB-C earbuds and 2 laptops. * Build Quality - block feels sturdy, matte finish shows no wear from being tossed in my messenger bag. Even with 3 devices plugged in, it gets warm but not hot. Even my most efficient USB-C charger for a laptop gets hotter, and the laptops themselves will get hotter. * Switchblade plug, folds completely into the block. Nothing to stick out and potentially break. WHAT I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH * Weight - listed at 6.4 ounces. I bought a 3-plug surge protector with 1-C and 2-A USB connections, grounded plug up to 4300 Joules. That one is a bit larger, but it’s just under 9 ounces. * Weight and outlets - the real issue I have is that with worn out, over-used plugs on airplanes and at airports, the Anker’s weight can cause it to sag and fall out of the outlet. It’s a real problem, many times I will lose charge. * Plug selection - I’ve got a smorgasbord of plugs now… C to lightning, A to Apple Watch, A to lightning, C to C. It’s a challenge finding the right combinations of connectors with the right length (1 meter is the sweet spot for me). Beware of this when you plan to single source with the Anker charger!

We purchased this new 735 Charger for our college student. Combined with two Anker USB-C cords (and one Lightning cord), her backpack is all set to charge her MacBook, iPad, iPhone, and more ... with one, powerful, easy to carry item. While she might be able to fast-charge her MacBook with one of Anker's larger GaNPrime blocks, this was a great size/price combination for her to get a quick boost out on campus.
